Tea Party

Thursday Emily decided to have a tea party with her friends Katheryn and Brittany. Katheryn and Emily made the snacks and then they went downstairs to rummage through the dress-up box to find "fancy" clothes to wear. It makes me so happy to see her having fun with her friends! It took a long time for her to adjust to being here in a new town and making new friends again. She always has to find new people to hang with and thankfully all of them have been great. She has a knack for being able to tell who's worth her time and who to stay well away from. I'm so glad we have a close relationship because I know that closeness will be even more important in the years to come.
