In need of help!

Lately I have been having a bit of trouble with coming up with dinner ideas. So today I'm coming to you (if there's anyone still reading this blog) for help. I'm looking for quick, kid-approved, dinners that require minimal to no oven time for the summer. I hate turning that heater on during the hot months of summer, so crock-pot and grill ideas are great. Please leave a comment, link, or ideas! Thanks!!

FINALLY!! You are blogging again!

I use the grill a lot during the Summer as well as a crock pot.
I will also buy rotisserie chicken made at Costco too.
Do the kids like cold pasta? I mix leftover chicken with Ranch dressing & grape (or cherry) tomatoes cut in half... mix all this together & place in the fridge over night. The pasta tastes so much better the next day! I also will dice an onion into the pasta &/or grind up some Italian seasonings into the pasta too. You can't mess this dish up.
Don't know if this is any help...

Ruth tht sounds really good! I'll have to try it out this week and see how it goes over with the crowd. So far I've come up with about 28 meals. Making almost a complete months worth. That's my goal, have enough different things to eat, that I don't get bored. Having four weeks of shopping lists I can rotate through makes the prep work to go to the dreaded grocery store so much easier.
